Hidden YouTube Studio Pages

YouTube Studio pages can be opened directly by address, studio.youtube.com/channel/YOUR_CHANNEL_ID/ followed by a path such as content/inspiration (saved ideas), copyright/history (copyright removal requests) or monetization/affiliate_hub (Shopping affiliate offers).

Every YouTube Studio page has its own address of the form studio.youtube.com/channel/YOUR_CHANNEL_ID/ plus a path, and typing the path takes you straight there without hunting through menus. Three that creators pass around: /content/inspiration, which now opens Saved ideas; /copyright/history, which opens Content detection with your copyright removal requests; and /monetization/affiliate_hub, the Shopping affiliate offers, which only opens for channels in the YouTube Shopping affiliate program. Only you (and people with access to your channel) can open your channel's Studio pages.

Tested on Nov 6, 2026 on a channel that is not in the YouTube Partner Program.

How do I open a Studio page directly?

  1. Go to https://studio.youtube.com. Studio redirects to your dashboard at https://studio.youtube.com/channel/UC...: that UC... part is your channel ID (more ways to find it: Find a Channel ID).
  2. Click in the address bar and add a path after the ID, for example /copyright/history, so it reads https://studio.youtube.com/channel/UC.../copyright/history.
  3. Press Enter. Bookmark the page if you use it often.

The ID must be your own channel's (or one you manage). Switch channels first if you manage several.

/content/inspiration: from Inspiration to Saved ideas

The Inspiration tab was Studio's AI idea generator, reached in YouTube Creators' Dec 12, 2024 tour through Content > Inspiration: nine idea cards based on your channel, with suggested titles, outlines and thumbnails, in English only and on a computer only (Explore Inspiration tab on YouTube). George Vanous, who runs the Freedom! network, noted the shortcut of adding /content/inspiration to your Studio address to reach it.

YouTube has been retiring the tab gradually since August 2026 and points creators to Ask Studio, the assistant at the top of Studio, for brainstorming. On Nov 6, 2026 the /content/inspiration address opened Saved ideas, the page where ideas saved from Ask Studio or the Inspiration tab are kept; the menu route is Content > Saved Ideas (Learn about Ask Studio). Ideas saved in earlier versions of Inspiration can be exported with Google Takeout.

This address opens Content detection, the Studio section for copyright, on its Removal requests list: the copyright takedown requests you have filed against other people's videos, and the New removal request button for filing one (Submit a copyright removal request). Since this is now a normal menu item (Content detection in the left menu), the address is a shortcut rather than a secret. On Nov 6, 2026 the page also showed a Likeness tab marked Beta, for likeness detection.

Claims made against your own videos are not here: they are shown on each video in Content, as the page itself says. See Content ID and Copyright Strikes.

/monetization/affiliate_hub: Shopping affiliate offers

For channels in the YouTube Shopping affiliate program, this is the affiliate hub: participating sellers, their commission rates, sample requests and sale items. YouTube Help's menu route is Earn > Shopping > Explore affiliate offers (YouTube Shopping affiliate program). The program is invitation-based and open to eligible creators in 18 countries as of Nov 6, 2026. On a channel outside the program, the address redirected to /monetization/shopping, the Earn page. See YouTube Shopping.

Pages that are not hidden

Most Studio pages are a menu click away, and their addresses, shown in the address bar as you click, are only a convenience: open YouTube Studio Analytics or Earn once and bookmark the address you land on. YouTube can change any of these paths without notice, and Help documents the menu routes, not the addresses, so when a bookmarked address stops working, follow the menu.

Frequently asked questions

What is the YouTube Studio Inspiration tab link? It was studio.youtube.com/channel/YOUR_CHANNEL_ID/content/inspiration. YouTube began retiring the Inspiration tab in August 2026, and on Nov 6, 2026 that address opened Saved ideas; brainstorming moved to Ask Studio.

Where do I see copyright removal requests I sent on YouTube? In YouTube Studio, open Content detection in the left menu and select Removal requests, or go to studio.youtube.com/channel/YOUR_CHANNEL_ID/copyright/history.

Why does the YouTube affiliate hub link open the Earn page? The channel is not in the YouTube Shopping affiliate program. Studio sends channels outside the program to the Earn page instead.

Can someone else open my YouTube Studio pages with my channel ID? Studio shows a channel's pages only to accounts that manage it: the owner and the people given access with YouTube's channel permissions. Everyone else signs in to their own Studio.
